Coat of arms

Shield Argent, a castle Sable with three embattled towers and port and windows Gules, masoned Argent, in chief two branches of olive Vert ordered per fess. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "MONFORTE DA BEIRA".
