Shield Azure, a fess wavy Argent semy of wavelets Azure, in central chief a heraldic rose Or seeded Gules and barbed Vert, in base a millstone Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "PAUL - COVILHÃ".
