The arms are Or on a fess wavy Azure a fess wavy Argent and in chief three crescents pointing downwards Azure and in base a bunch of grapes Purpure leaved Vert. Mural crown argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "PINDO"

Pindo Commune is one of the 11 communes of Penalva do Castelo Municipality (q.v.); it had 1916 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 16,82 km².
