Shield Argent, a vine bower eradicated Vert, fruited Purpure between two demi-cogwheels of the same, base wavy of Vert and Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black capitals "TABUA - RIBEIRA BRAVA".

Tabua Commune is one of the four communes of Ribeira Brava Municipality (q.v.); it had 1105 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 11.1 km².
