Coat of arms

Shield Argent, issuant from base a mount Vert, two mattocks Sable bladed Gules in saltire, in chief a Marian crown Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll (Bénard Guedes style) with inscription in black capitals "ARNAS".
Meaning:
The crown is alluding to Our Lady of Conception, the local patron saint.
