Coat of arms

Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent Azure and Vert, crowned with a xávega boat Or garnished Gules seen from the prow, flanked by two sheaves of wheat tied Gules each having three ears Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "GAFANHA DA BOA HORA".
