"The yellow rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides as
2:3 are divided on four fields by horizontal wavy and vertical
black strips; the black strip is interrupted in the middle; in
top staff field is red cossack cross; in the bottom free field is
red horseshoe."

Heraldry:
"Or; azure wavy fess and sable narrow pale, fracted in the
center. In the dexter chief is gules cross, in the sinister base
is gules horseshoe. The shield enframed by or cartouche and
crowned by or village crown. The author is E.Chernets'kyi.
Or is symbol of riches. The wavy line symbolizes Popravka river,
fracted pale - trade way and ford on it. The form of the cross is
connected to a flag of Bila Tserkva squadron. The red horseshoe
symbolizes forge, in which merchants recovered horces.

Heraldry:
"The first name is Prozorivka. According to a legend, on a
place of modern village was a ford through river, which was used
by the merchants-Jews who were going on fair from Bila Tserkva to
Nastashka. Near ford they "recovered"
("popravlalys'"), repaired carts, grounded horces
etc."
