The Flag

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in March, 30th, 2007. Rectangular panel with ratio 2:3 is divided by 5 horizontal strips - red and embatted white, blue, white and blue in the ratio 74:2:2:2:20. In the top staff part is white stylized two-mast ship with white wings on boards. On a sail of a foremast is red sixteen-beam sun with the face. Under the ship are ten white five-pointed stars located on a contour of a wave."

"It was confirmed in March, 30th, 2007. Gules; azure base in the shape of abrupt wave with argent bordure. Argent stylized two-mast ship with argent wings on boards. On a sail of a foremast is gules sixteen-beam sun with the face. Under a crest of the wave leave ten increased argent five-pointed stars located on a contour of a wave.
The winged ship symbolizes the enterprises of shipbuilding, around which was built the settlement. Ship-building factory constructed unique ships on an air pillow, underwater wings. It is reflected by such unusual attribute as wings. The specificity of a seaside settlement is underlined by the gules smiling sun on a sail."

The Village

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Is was founded in 1938 with the name a Pivdenna Tochka as a settlement for workers of Feodosia factory "Sea". It has the modern name since 1952."
