Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by oblast' council desicion at Jule, 27,
2001. There is rectangular canvas with a ratio of the sides 2:3
from three horizontal lines: white, yellow and wavy blue. The
ratio of lines is 2:1:1. In the centre are yellow bishop's
head-dress and two yellow bishop's staffs in cross. Contemporary
side is mirror."

"It was confirmed by oblast' council desicion at Jule, 27,
2001. In an azure field with an argent base are a or bishop's
head-dress and two or bishop's staffs in cross. In the base is
nature amphora. The shield is enframed by steel-blue cartouche
with five or ears crown. There are anchor and vert bunch of
grapes on it."
