Ukrainian Hetmanate and Zaporozhian Sich, [Ukraine] which are actually different entities. This is the historical Cossack Hetmanate in Ukraine which existed 1648 to 1734 (not the 1918 named state under German occupation).

Flag used by Hetman c.1706 (red triangular) can be seen in these two photos.

A clear distinction is to be made between 2 Hosts - Hetmanate and Sich (Lower Host), which are different entities.

Flag used by Hetman c.1706

The second photo is of flag of Hetman stored in a museum in Stockholm.
Also http://www.vexillographia.ru/ukraine/cosaccos.htm writes that Hetman used a red flag with Archangel Michael already in 1655.

The famous blue flag with the Cossack depiction is actually not a Hetmanate flag. It was flag of Cossack regiments in the 18th century.
