Description of the flag

I first saw the design at the Havelock City Hall. It was the city logo, outlined in black, on a white background. Ratio 2:3. The center of the logo is an airplane next to a bunch of U.S. flags. That is for all of the military people who live and have served in Havelock. It is in front of the Havelock Police/Fire Station. The monument is also known as the "airplane on a stick." The outer circle has the words in all caps "HAVELOCK, NORTH CAROLINA" on top and on the bottom "INCORPORATED IN 1959."

Police Department

In a recent photo published on Facebook by the City of Havelock, NC, there is evidence that a flag of the police department exists. In the photo at https://www.facebook.com/HavelockNC/posts/4061863680501909 and https://www.facebook.com/HavelockNC/photos/4043017212386556, it shows a sky blue/UNC blue flag with a seal and text on the flag. The seal is https://www.havelocknc.us/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/img-web-havelock-seal.png (minus the ring with the text) is placed in the center and surrounded by the text "HAVELOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT" above it, "NORTH CAROLINA" below it and the year "1959" that the seal splits into (so 19 (seal) 59).
