On 4 June 2001, 10.00 o'clock sharp, the official flag was approved by the Czech Parliament, at least that's what I understand from this website. Instead of the clover-like emblem to the hoist there are now three drawing-pins.
I have made a gif of it, retaining the black fimbriations around the yellow objects. The drawing pins remind me of old chairs, on which those were used. Is there a furniture industry there, or another industry where they are used?
