The ratio is 3:5. It is a red over white over blue horizontal tricolour. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag.

Description of coat of arms:
The lower half of the silver (=white) shield is mantled blue containing a silver (= white) leaf of water lily. Above in the dexter side is a carot in natural colour, in the sinister side is a red horn of chamois.
Meaning:
The horn is taken from the arms of the von Usedom kin. The carot is canting. The water lily is symbolizing the location on the shores of three lakes: Großer Jasmunder Bodden, Tetziner See and Rappiner See.
