Zwartewaterland wrong reported flag

The presentation of the old Hanseatic town of Hasselt during the 23rd
International Hanseatic meeting in Frankfurt/Oder (Germany) and Slubice
(Poland) included a flag which was different from the flag as presented
by Shipmate:
1. The top stripe is orange.
2. The checquy field is shifted towards the hoist, and the fields have
become square.

Please check the Zwartewaterland
municipal website.
The offical flag has the cross centred. The description says the top
bar is yellow. On Shipmate we use standard yellow. Your drawing looks more
like the logo of Zwartewaterland.
