This regional county municipalities of the Chaudière-Appalaches region in south-eastern Québec are part of the Beauce Cultural Region. According to its designer, the green and blue of the flag of Beauce is found on the flags of each regional county municipality in the region.

La Nouvelle-Beauce: 911.8 km², 36,000 inhabitants.
1 city: Sainte-Marie; 7 municipalities: Frampton, Saint-Bernard, Saint-Elzéar, Saint-Isidore, Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, Scott, Vallée-Jonction; 3 parishes: Sainte-Hénédine, Sainte-Marguerite, Saints-Anges.

An earlier report of a flag for Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce (Nouvelle-Beauce): The flag is best described as a "flag on bedsheet". A green-white-orange Canadian Pale with the coat of arms centered. The whole thing on a white flag, with VILLE DE SAINTE-MARIE under the "flag". I don't know if the reference to Ireland is intentional.
